Our Happiness Policy is if there’s an issue with your Shelpful experience, you should let us (or your Shelper) know, and we’ll make it right 💛 🤗. We are here to make your life easier, not harder. Now that we’ve cleared up that key goal, here’s some legal language around the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

Shelpful, Inc., creator of the Shelpful subscription service, provides the following refund policy:

1. Within 30 days of the purchase of your Shelpful subscription, you may cancel your account via the cancelation link accessible via the email welcoming you to Shelpful.

2. If you wish to receive a refund, you must request a refund by contacting the Shelpful support team at hi@shelpful.com – refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial signup.

3. The Guarantee is for 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for canceled accounts as a matter of policy.

4. After the initial 30-day window expires, Shelpful will continue to charge you at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account.

5. You will get a receipt via email for each purchase.

6. Partial refunds for amounts less than a full month membership will not be provided.

7. Our guarantee policy applies only to new members who have not tried the service before.
